Booking Policy
When booking, an estimate can be provided to you detailing all services needed (if not shown on the website) or by request via email. An estimate is optional, however, highly recommended when being transparent with what to expect financially. Once an estimate is received, you will need to approve or decline services via email or text. Booking is strictly based on availability and the nature of the visit. At this time, no deposit is required to book an appointment, however a non-fundable/non-transferable travel fee will be incurred if an appointment is missed or cancelled without proper notice.

You will NOT be able to book another appointment until the fee is PAID IN FULL. Please see cancellation/rescheduling policy.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
We understand LIFE HAPPENS, and we will try to accommodate our clients as best as we can. Please understand that appointment availability is limited as mobile appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care. If you must cancel or need to reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request notice 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time for ALL house calls and farm visits. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled without proper notice will incur a fee equal to the travel fee and must be paid in full prior to rebooking. This fee DOES NOT cover any newly scheduled visits.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), cash and checks. We can also take payment via PayPal, Venmo and Square. At this time, we are unable to accept ScratchPay or Care Credit and do not provide payment plans.

*Please note that the use of credit cards will incur a 3.5% usage fee when using PayPal or Square only. This fee does not apply to Venmo.
